Graduate of BS Nursing or Licensed Nurse
At least 6 months experience in clinical setting
Knowledge in Patients chart
Responsible in audit, maintain and retain Patients clinical chart. Regular monitoring of Pre-Transmittal Audit patient chart prior to discharge. Stores, Files and make report of documented information about the audit of Patients chart. Responsible in organizing and preserving important Hospital Policies and Procedures based on Data Privacy.
