The newly renovated and expanded Hemodialysis Unit has thirteen (13) stations equipped with state-of-the-art hemodialysis machines and vital signs monitoring devices. It is staffed by highly competent and experienced nephrologists, physicians on duty, nurses, midwives, technicians and support staff who are ready to cater to patients needing regular dialysis and emergency treatment. An isolation room is provided for infectious case.

The Unit caters to both non-reactive and reactive patients, having case-specific designated machines for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C reactive patients with separate dialyzer reprocessing units. It has a water treatment machine or the reverse osmosis (RO) system capable of supplying to hemodiafiltration (HDF) machines. A portable RO has recently been added to its equipment complement.
